Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Sometimes USPS can mark packages as delivered before it's actually delivered so it may be delivered within a few days. USPS may have delivered to wrong address, so I'd recommend to check with your neighbors. Also, you can contact your local post office.
